A+++ on Product Quality & Customer Service!
I ordered this light kit on Christmas Day and was quoted a delivery date of 12/29. It arrived on the 28th, actually early!!! Don't think I've EVER had that happen to me before! Upon initial inspection I found the plastic buckles on the light case were broken. I contacted Owen's about getting replacement buckles and was sent a replacement bag instead! And, it was shipped the same day that I contacted them! This is the kind of customer service that will bring me back for sure!
